Used Cloud9 for a weekend rental - I had reserved the Ferrari 458 spider. I received a call the day before saying the car was unavailable as it was out... read more for repairs. This would not be a 5 star review if cloud9 didn't follow that inconvenience up with stellar service throughout the weekend. I was switched into the Lamborghini Hurracan Performante for the weekend. During the rental when the car showed a "check coolant" error a team member drove out to the car to add coolant and even drove the car to my wedding reception venue since the repair would have otherwise caused a delay. The entire team was friendly, very apologetic for the change in car and accommodating. Thank you for turning this one around Cloud9.
